Strict Pull-Up Volume Training
3 Pull-Ups Rest 30 Seconds

For today’s buy in we are going to perform strict pull-up volume training. We will perform 3-4 reps with 30 seconds of rest for 12 rounds. The goal is to finish the session with a high volume without going to failure.
For the workout we are going to perform a couplet with a heavy thruster and burpees. Not much I can say about this one… brace yourself, it’s going to be a tough one.
For the cash out we are going to practice one legged squats called pistols.
