For today’s buy in we are going to attempt a 1 rep max snatch After a warm-up and skill work then we will work on perfecting this movement. If you are brand new to the snatch, then don’t expect to move much higher than a PVC pipe.
For the workout we are going to perform a 12 minute amrap. This workout will consist of hang power snatch, pull-ups and double unders. The hang power snatch is heavy which will require you attention.
For the cash-out we are going to attempt a max set of pull-ups in 1 minute. There are a couple of ways to score this event. The first is to attempt as many max un broken sets as you can. You might find a P.R. waiting for you… The second way to score this is to get a max number of reps in a minute as your score.
