1 RM Push or Split Jerk

30 Double Unders
20 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 75/55
10 Ring Dips
1 Set of Max Reps
For today’s buy in we are going to perform a 1 rep max push jerk or a split jerk. In other words, let’s see how heavy we can put something over our head.
For the work out we are going for a 3 rounds quadruplet. This workout started out with a need to perform ring dips, so the sumo deadlift high pull was added to give a small counter to the movement as well as keep the intensity high. I wasn’t satisfied that the movements complimented each other well, so I decided to add a more metabolic effect. It should be interesting to see how these ring dips fare.
For the cash out, attempt a max set of strict pull-ups. Take as much rest as you need after the wod. Choose any grip. Write down the number on the board.
