For today’s buy in we are going to work on a 1 rep max clean and jerk.  Yesterday we did a 1 rep max jerk.  Now you know what you can put over your head.  Start light, develop a good pattern of movement, then increase the weight.  You do not have to perform a full squat clean for this to count.

For the workout you are going to have to come in to find out what we will do…

For the cash-out… we stretch.
