For today’s buy in we are going to perform the clean and jerk. Work up a load that is about 75% of your 1 rep max. Perform 1 rep and rest as needed. In between sets, work on drills to correct deficiencies in your lifts.
For today’s workout we are going to perform a CrossFit benchmark workout called Cindy. Cindy is performed by completing a triplet of pull-ups, push-ups, and squats for 20 minutes. We last performed this workout on June 11. Click here to see your previous results.

Awwwww man….Cindy is my favorite WOD!…Oh well, we are moving on Friday, so lots of packing to do this week. Not sure I’m even going to remember how to get to C2…its been too long!
