Clean and Jerk
75% of 1 Rep Max
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

For today’s buy in we are going to perform the clean and jerk. Work up a load that is about 75% of your 1 rep max. Perform 1 rep and rest as needed. In between sets, work on drills to correct deficiencies in your lifts.
For today’s workout we are going to perform a CrossFit benchmark workout called Cindy. Cindy is performed by completing a triplet of pull-ups, push-ups, and squats for 20 minutes. We last performed this workout on June 11. Click here to see your previous results.
