LuRong Living Paleo Challenge

The first annual nation wide LuRong Living Paleo Challenge starts Sept. 17 and finishes Nov. 17.

Whitney is participating in this first annual nation wide Paleo challenge and asked us if we would be a registered affiliate so she can participate. She is taking on a huge challenge so if you see Whittney in the gym please motivate and help her stay on track!

So its short notice but for anyone who is interested in experiencing the benefits of Paleo you can still sign up for the challenge through the LuRong website. This is a great way to change your life through diet if you are new to Paleo or a new challenge for those of you who are familiar with Paleo. Doing this challenge will keep you motivated, accountable, and provide a way to track your progress. There are WOD’s, food logs, and weigh ins that you will need to participate in and have a trainer validate. And if that isn’t enough, there are prizes to be won!  If you are interested and decide to sign up please comment on this post or send us an email.

If this sounds too daunting as your first challenge, we will be doing a less intense Nutrition Challenge during the month of October.

    I signed up today! It’s going to be a little tricky because I will be road tripping across the country from the 18th-28th but I’m going to make it work.

    Looks like they posted the first 3 WOD’s to be done in the first 2 weeks. Happy to see I can do them all Rx. Phew! Should we try and plan to do these together? Looks like there are 5 of us signed up from Carlsbad Crossfit.

    Also, would love to know what you all are setting as your 5 goals. I have come up with 4 so far … 1) cycle 270 miles during challenge, 2) 30 CF workouts during challenge, 3) Sleep average of 8 hours per night with average rise time of 5:30 a.m., 4) Lose 15 pounds.
