For today’s buy in, we are going to spend some time mobilizing our hips and upper backs for the workout. We will tape a couple of lacrosse balls together and work a few minutes on thoracic mobility, and then work the hips with hip mobility.
For the workout we are going to hit a CrossFit Benchmark workout named Angie. Angie is a bodyweight chipper. This workout is performed by completing one exercise before moving onto the next. So everyone will start on pull-ups then pushups and so on. The sit-ups will be performed with feet together (facing each other) using an abmat. We will scale to 75, 50, and 25 reps as needed.
For the cash-out we will stretch.

This is my first time (and probably last) that I beat Catina! Although, I’m sure if we had been working out side by side the outcome would have been different.
