		<description><![CDATA[I forgot to mentioned that I started the challenge even a few days before October as well... First I thought I&#039;d keep it to myself but what the heck. I&#039;m in! 

My goal is to cut sugar mostly after meal desserts, and Want to lose 5 - 6 lbs. I&#039;m 190 lbs right now.]]></description>
