The SoCal FireBreather CrossFit Competiton is Sept. 22-23 and raises money for the Wounded Warrior Foundation. The event coordinators are looking for volunteers to help and athletes in our region to compete. If anyone is interested, check out their website: http://socalfirebreather.wodhub.com/.

Does anyone know when Vince is running? They have a few times still left open all afternoon though. Working to orchestrate child care so I can race :)
