Deadlift (185/135)/Burpee Ladder
Skin the Cats
For the buy in we are going to perform front squats. Work on three sets of 5 reps. These should be heavy sets. Work between 75-85% of your 1 Rep Max. If you do not know your 1 rep max, then work on relatively heavy sets.
For today’s workout we are going to perform a Burpee/Deadlift Ladder. The deadlifts work in a descending order (10, 9, 8, etc) and the burpees work in an ascending order (1, 2, 3 etc). So the workout will look like this: 10 deadlifts, 1 burpee, 9 deadlifts, 2 burpees, 8 deadlifts, 3 burpees, etc.
For our cash-out we are going to work on skin the cats.
