		<description><![CDATA[Coincidently, my running WOD today 
is 400mx 8 with a 2:00 rest. So I thought I would do kettle bell swings WOD too. We only have a 45lb and 53lb so I chose the 45lb:)
Here are my scores:
400&#039;s

Kettle Bells @45lb- I did 75.
2:00 round did 33
90 second round did 22
60 second round did 20
We don&#039;t have parallettes so I used our rings
1 round-26 seconds
2 round-27 seconds
3 round-30 seconds
I hope tomorrow doesn&#039;t involve box jumps or running. ]]></description>
