Wall Ball 20/14
For today’s buy in we are going to work on the press. Just like last week, choose between 3, 5 or 7 reps. If you are feeling strong, try a 5-10lb P.R. from last weeks numbers or drop the weight a bit and hit a 5 or 7 rep PR. It is VERY important that you do not jump up too high in weight from your last weeks numbers. Our goal is SMALL manageable gains.
For the workout we are going for SHORT fast workout. This one combines two simple movements… the wallball and the burpee. I want this workout to be performed as quickly as possible.
Spend some time upside down practice handstands or walking on your hands.
