10 Chest 2 Bar Pull-Ups

12 Pistol Squats

15 Box Jumps

20 Kettlebell Swings

Ok, for today’s buy in we are going to spend some time working through each of the movements for the workout.  These movements were selected specifically from WOD 2 of the California Affiliate League.  I intentionally left off standards for the height of the box jump and the weight for the kettlebell swings.  Pick a weight that is comfortable.

I don’t expect this workout to be terribly long, but…. then again… you know how some of those workouts go that look easy on paper.
